Custom NY Apartment Building

William A. Kelly served as the general contractor for this newly constructed apartment complex in New Rochelle, NY. This modern structure stands at a total of 70,000 square feet with a total of seven stories. The first two floors are conventional steel, with the upper five stories wood construction, and constructed to include a future rooftop lounge. This facility includes a fitness center, and two retail stores at 4,000 sf each. Extra heavy insulation helps increase efficiency, with solar panels to be added. We also constructed the three-level parking garage with a state-of-the-art parking mechanism with a hoisting elevator to make the three floors of parking.
