Silver Spring Country Club
Maintenance Facility

Located in the beautiful rolling hills of Ridgefield, CT, is the state-of-the-art Silver Spring Country Club. In need of a new maintenance facility, WA Kelly constructed an 18,500 sf turf care maintenance building, as well as a 5,100 sf environment management center. The turf care structure is a combination of two connected buildings in an L shape. It includes an 1,800 sf mezzanine in the warehouse area, with multiple overhead doors, and liner panel along the interior walls. The adjacent office building features solar panels for additional energy savings. The environment management center houses the new Carbtrol system. This structure features block walls and a standing seam roof.
