Building Exterior Renovation
An incredible 100,000 square foot exterior facade renovation was completed on this shopping center located in Brewster, New York. The exterior was updated using a combination of EIFS and Azek boarding. Aside from color and cladding changes, the parapet and canopy lines were changed, gutters were repaired, windows were added, and pillars were all modified from round columns to a more modern box-shape.
