Guiding Eyes for the Blind
Multiple Building Renovations

What was once a simple garage is now completely renovated into the Carriage House for the Guiding Eyes for the Blind foundation. The old garage now as a new cedar shingle exterior, windows, epoxy flooring, sprinkler system, electrical & HVAC, and a new bathroom. W.A. Kelly served as the general contractor for each phase of this project.

Dedicated to educating students across the U.S. in training guide dogs for the blind and visually impaired, their massive 10-acre campus, located in Yorktown Heights, NY, is home to administrative offices, student facilities, kennels and a veterinary hospital. Other building renovations included the staff housing, staff office, dorms, alumni hall, outreach center, and student rooms.
